Another option would be to allow a maximum of warlock level / 10 targets to be held at once. It would need balancing. For now though I'm going to set feylocks aside unless any pressing issues arise, as I have other stuff I need to work on!

That's fair! They've gotten a ton of attention lately. (THANKYOU they're my FAVORITE)
The devil does not need any more advocates
Clerics are just socially acceptable warlocks.

Or limit number of holds active at a time? Like hasting allies.
