I, personalty, would:

Get read of cleave, G.cleave, OWC.
Read my post here and do your thinking.

Get read of disarm/I.disarm. Disarm and knok are both rolls vs Disc. If you can reliably disarm, knok instead. Unless you plan to focus on Kama(+4AB) and kukri(+8AB) users. :p

No tower shield and no AS means your AC will have problems blocking 3/4 attack from some melees.
Meaning you will receive close to 60%-100% damage per round. Push your AB to max possible and carry TStrike potions. Knok is your best AC.

Freed epic feats = More Gstrength, do have equal base strength in the end. Freed unepic feat, will save. One epic feat towards epic will save.
Scurvy Cur's advise from the other tread(link in my post above) allows to save on some saves on items. Mithril etc.

If you have uneven base strength at 30 lvl and you already took epic will, remove one Gstrength, take AScin. Yes your AC sucks. But a +2 AC difference can mean stopping the 4th or even the 3rd attack per round. Meaning in melee you will get hit by 3/4 attacks out of 5 per round, and some crit hits won't confirm as crit.

Again pointing to Scurvy Cur's post as valid confirmation, bard>rouge in this case. On a shard where mages use IGMS, non save, evasion is secondary to direct saves. Spellcraft +30 and ESF:Spellcraft is much nicer. Otherwise your saves will be lacking and you will have to...die a lot.
+1 save>5 heal skill. Now you have enough skillpoints as well.

Now you are a versatile WM that can tackle, with the right usables, most PCs.

Getting Rogue at 20 means you're dropping BAB by 1.

You also need to drop a fair chunk of your epic feats since you're not getting Fighter bonus feats on those levels.
