Is this like Appraise/Lore where only your raw skill points and modifier matter? Or do you benefit from having craft armor/weapon bonuses from items as well?Craft Armour and Craft Weapon skill, now add to the daily crafting points (skill divided by 2)

No, even item skill points come into play.
