EE Steam on New Computer

[Waddles]

Recently bought a new computer which is running windows 10.
Loaded my steam account, beamdog client, and added my old nwncdkey setting file into the new nwn folder.

With a new account I can make characters no problem but my rpr didn't follow my cdkey or steam account.

And if I try to log in with my account name as Waddles I have no access to old characters.
Additionally, with Waddles account, if I try to create a new character I will receive the "delete character" prompt after customization.

Not sure what I've done, or haven't done, and hoping someone else fixed this on their end.
