Harbinger: Divine Might & Divine Shield

Description: At epic level Harbinger using Divine Might or Divine Shield does not grant the bonus of the other.

Steps to reproduce: Use Divine Might / Shield at Level 21 Harbinger

Expected result: When having both merits using one should give both bonus

Actual result: Only the bonus of one is granted
