Description of Bug Experienced:
Epic Harbinger (lvl +21) with Warlock dip and Eldritch Patronage Rumor not having the spell refund as described on the feat.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Tried on both Human and Orog, same feat selection. With or without Warlock multiclass.
Selected Rumors of War: Divine Patronage, Eldritch Patronage, Hex of Hallucination, Woe Drinker, Improved Weapon Hex.
Path was Crimsom Count(ess).
Expected Result:
100% refund for first level spells.
Actual Result:
Refund chance just like the other circle spells (25%?).
Which server?
Tested on PGCC, although I doubt it would be any different live.
