Description of Bug Experienced:
After the update for the change, I tried out the new signature spell for illu specialist, Illusionary Fall. It no cooldown attached for the signature spell.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Be a wizard illu specialist
Cast illusionary Fall via radial ability

Expected Result:
Get the cooldown

Actual Result:
No signature spell cooldown

Pre-existing character, tested on PGCC and C&P

edit: Second spell selection fixed itself on relog.

Bugfix in testing. Thank you.

Fix for the bug is at this point a restart away.
