I noticed on my elementalist that Cold spells don't do anything.
Like Freeze and Glacial are supposed to apply "Frozen' status of my opponents but they just become immune to my spells and have a reduced movement speed ( if that's the actual affect, looks like it's going in the suggestion box then )
And for Iceberg, my opponents are encased in ice but still able to attack freely.

The frozen status is not equal to petrification,
It is mainly a movement speed decrease with elemental vulnerability/immunity and dexterity decrease.
There is no root.
For iceberg,
Those who attack freely, what kind of monster was it? The spell won't trap in ice anything that is of a bigger size than large.

Just a regular npc, used an arcane archer in pgcc and was able to attack still.
