December 11: ### GENERALIST WIZARD
- Level 21: Gains the Spell Clutch ability on a 30 minute cooldown.
Activating Spell Clutch as a generalist wizard takes the Spell Clutch and starts the counter, however it ONLY seems to work on the C&P Server. No doubt more tests could be run, but this has been my consistent experience for the last weeks.
Steps to reproduce
Be a generalist wizard over level 21.
Use level 1 and 2 Spells.
Activate Spell Clutch.
Expected result
Level 1 and 2 Spells are refunded.
Actual result
Nothing Happens on surface or in the Underdark.
Spells HAVE been refunded on C&P
Misc Notes - Servers
Spell Clutch works SOMETIMES on the C&P Server.
Spell Clutch has NEVER worked on the Surface Server.
Spell Clutch has NEVER worked on the Underdark Server.
