I am aware of issues to do with some menu items not loading and costs not evaluating.
Unfortunately this is beyond my control and is actually a Hak related problem.

As of writing this the PGCC should be functional for Dweomercraft, of note the basins in the starting area are not yet functional as they use a different dialogue file.
The Arena room (two flags with a door between) should have functional basins.

i have two bugs to report but i will put them in the same template
Description of Bug Experienced:
points max is not being calculated correctly for items that come with a rune.
additionally, putting a rune on one of these items can reduce the points max. i will show what i mean below in the screenshots.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
for this i used an anarchic razor:
put the razor in the basin. it will look like this. you will see it has 8 points max, which is cool. that's basically one property, like it would normally be before. i can add strength if i like.
then this is where it gets weird. after i have added a single property, the points max does not reduce. so if i keep adding properties one at a time, i can add an infinite number of properties. like so:
if I add a masterwork blade rune to this weapon after I do all this enchanting, it realizes what's going on and i cannot add any additional enchantments. However,
If I use a masterwork blade rune right away, before doing any enchanting, it reduces the points max from 8 to 6:

Description of Bug Experienced:
another, smaller bug.
wands cannot have any properties added to them. i assume this might apply to other items. this is only really an issue for weight reduction, which is something we used to be able to do to minimize inventory weight consumption.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- as you can see, I've put a wand of freedom of movement in the basin. it says it has 26 point max. standard. however, when i try to select weight reduction property, Add Property to Preparation List remains greyed out. shown here:

Description of Bug Experienced:
After some testing on PGCC it has been observed by me and others that the new system does not take into account the Craft Mastery skill as a means to advance in dweomercrafting tiers
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Attempt to enchant a bronze item at the basin on a lvl 30 Mundane character who has 30 ranks in Craft Mastery and does not take Improved Dweomercrafting feat
Notice that the points available to enchant are 20, the same amount as lvl 30 character with 0 ranks in Craft Mastery. Hence, Craft Mastery 30 is the same as Craft Mastery 0, which is effectively Tier0 Dweomercraft

Apply lesser bejeweled.
Gain 2 points
To bug it:
Open basin, look at points, close basin without using the points, apply a lesser rune again.
Result:
Open basin and behold -4 points to work with.

Able to Enchant Ruby Necklet Endlessly on PGCC
Description: Using one of the enchantment basins on the PGCC (in the arena) I am able to apply 6 additional points to a ruby necklet indefinitely. The "This item is runed" purple text never goes away. I could theoretically apply +2 of every skill if I wanted. Presently I am up to 72 points.
Steps to reproduce: On PGCC, enchant a ruby necklet to max points. Remove the ruby necklet from the pool. Place the ruby necklet back into the pool (whether or not removing it from the pool is necessary, I'm unsure). See if there are 6 additional points to work with.
Expected result: The ruby necklet should not have any more points to spend (should be at maximum allotted 22 + 6 + 4 =32?).
Actual result: Upon opening up the interface again, the ruby necklet will have an additional 6 points to spend with which one could add to indefinitely.

A strange behaviour of crafted items with the native T1 rune:
- Craft the Lesser Holy Symbol (Art Crafting #167), throw it into the basin
- Use the 10 points it has and click "Apply Properties" (I've added +1 STR and +2 Animal Ampathy)
- Receive 4 more points out of nowhere
- Use these points and get an item with 34 total points and "-4" Max Points count
It won't happen it you apply the MW rune (Art Crafting #958) first. It will tell you that you have some Max Points left, but it won't allow you to add more properties. Click "Apply Properties" and the value will go to 0.
If you'll try to enchant Boots of the Coward (Tailoring #672) and use the 8 points that they have, to add +1 STR, you'll get the "-4" Points Max value and it won't accept a MW rune, although it's a 30-point item.
Legacy basin-made items don't accept runes:
- Take a legacy item with the existing properties point sum of 30.
- Try to apply a MW rune
- Receive the "too heavily enchanted" message
Same happens for a 29-point ring that I've tried.
Points Max showing a wrong number:
- Make a new pair of boots, add a MW rune on top
- Use all the 32 points and apply
- Receive a fake visual for Points Max number (6).
If you click Apply Properties, the number goes to 0, like it should be.
- Make a new Witchunter's Cloak, throw in into the basin
- Receive a fake visual for Points Max number (0)
To make the dialogue show the right number (8), you need to put the item into the basin multiple times, until it actually works properly.
This "visual" bug happens with many items and different scenarios, unfortunately.

The root of the new bug seems to be in the runes.
Rune: Tier 3 Thorass
Dweo: Tier 3 (magic)
Item: Dagger (Bronze)
Right now it seems that at a certain point the system forgets the item has a rune on it. Here's a couple of screens:
But really, it's easier to just try it out. Take a plain item, slap a rune on top and try applying properties one at a time.
In my experience, after you spend 22 points, the Max Points will drop.
But if you don't try to add properties gradually, and just spend the full amount, the system will allow.

It seems like adding keen (at least to a shortsword) bugs out the costs
To be specific, if you take:
A bronze shortsword
And add these properties:
You'll notice that keen has cost of 4, where it should be 6.
And after you add the properties, the cost of keen WILL become 6, as seen here:
Allowing you to go above the point capacity.
I was able to replicate it easily by just dweomering these properties on a bronze shortsword.
