Just as a hunch try emptying your inventory of wine and buy a single stack wine from the npc. No 10 stack just a single. This works for spirits so possibly will for wine. But make sure there is no wine in your inventory first so it doesn't stack ontop of the old.

This has been partially fixed. Crafted wine and wine bought in the Surface and Guldorand servers should work for all recipes (after a few resets, likely this weekend). The stores in the Underdark, Distant Shores, and Cordor servers are not fixed yet, so you should do like Definately Not A Mimic said, purchase the single bottle of wine and it'll work, but don't let it stack with "bad" bottles of wine. This fix also includes water and spirit bottles, crafted or purchased.
