Ran into this bug inadvertantly, as i got numerous tells stating that Sei was essentially unreachable via IC means because of another character being online whose name contained my characters full name. "Seifer Rosemont", specifically.

If someone whose name fits partially into another characters name, it is impossible for the partial-name character to recieve image messages, speedy messengers, etc. I'm assuming yoink and other name-centeric interactions are affected by this as well.
Case in point, "Sei" cannot recieve any illusionary messengers or speedy messengers whenever "Seifer Rosemont" is online, as all the text input menus immediately default to "Seifer" if "Sei" is entered.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
1. Get "Sei" and "Seifer Rosemont" online, or anyone else whose name partially makes up another characters name (ex: Pau and Paush)
2. Try sending partial-name a speedy hin, yoink, etc
Expected result
-----------------------
Proper speedy/image/yoink goes to the proper character
Actual result
-------------------
You are only allowed to send things to the full-named character
