Inaccurate Total CP in Rest Trade Skills Menu

Description of Bug Experienced:
(please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:)
When going into the rest menu Trade Skills, you only see your base Crafting points plus Gift of Craftsmanship crafting points. You don't see the points put in by Craft Weapon and Craft Armor.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Go to Rest Menu
Select Character
Select Trade Skills
Look at 'Crafting Points Available Today: ##/##'

Expected Result:
Shows full potential crafting points in /##
In test, result should have been 81/81.

Actual Result:
Shows actual crafting points in ##/, but not in /##
In test, result was 81/60.
