PGCC - Impossible to use Craft Wand

Due to there being no way that I can see to gain or lose XP, combined with the levelup NPC setting you to the start of each level, it appears impossible to make use of Craft Wand.

Any attempt to create a wand results in 'Failure - Not enough XP to create that item', since craft wand won't allow you to de-level yourself from using it.

It's quite possible Scribe Scroll and Brew Potion share the same issue, although I did not test these.

Brew Potion doesn't work either. I wanted to compare caster levels of various things.

You can get xp by killing the chaotic neutral Gate spell summon. But with sufficient xp it has different 'failure to craft' message instead of the 'not enough xp' message.
