Fairly often, when my character is traveling with one other person in the UD, and one of them has a summon, one or the other characters will get stuck in a cave entrance transition on their way out of a cave (appearing from the transition into the Underdark tileset cave entrance). They load behind the transition and are unable to get out without using -makesafe.

This seems to happen when the character with the summon goes through a transition that leads to an underdark cave entrance , immediately followed by the character without the summon. The character without the summon then frequently ends up locked behind the transition.
