As the title, with the Caveat I haven't been able to test if this is the case on the main server- Just something I noticed on the test server. -If someone can confirm this on the main server, that would be very helpful!
Using a Blade Rune on the Heavy Flail will tell you it's not included, and list the weapons covered by Carpentry Runes.
Using a Carpentry Rune on the Heavy Flail will tell you it's not included, and list the weapons covered by Blade Runes.
