Odd Enchantment godsave and loss of item

Description of Bug Experienced:
I enchanted a pair of boots with a second property. I failed but my god granted me a success, but the item was gone. I then tried to enchant a new pair and that new pair disappeared and the old pair appeared.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Dweomercraft 2
Start with boots with Level 3 Cleric spellslot
Stick boots into dweomercraft pool
Enchant with +1 con
Fail, godsave
-- Boots are gone, expecting boots to be there
Add new pair of boots to enchantment pool
Enchant with +1 con
New pair of boots are gone, old one with Level 3 Cleric spell slot and +1 con is back

EDIT-
Left the enchantment basin and went to it again, boots returned

Expected Result:
Godsave should keep the item, and enchanting an item shouldn't give me back a lost item

Actual Result:
Godsave vaporized the item but then it returned when trying to enchant something else in the same basin

this has nothing to do with your perceived luck

You may be dealing with two different basins on the same location...

I've experienced items disappearing from the basin in The Merchant Building in Cordor. The items always reappeared after a few moments.

This is most likely related to two enchanting basins stacked on top of each other, as previously stated by Linlan.
If you hover the mouse over the basin(s) you’d see a slight flickering if this is the case.
