Found this out on my rogue. Steps to recreatea
1. Be a rogue high enough lvl to get move speed bonus while hiding
2. Be encumbered by weight
3. Use Freedom of Movement
4. Hide
5. wait for FoM to wear off
6. continue walking with Movespeed bonus while encumbered
7. Unhide and rehide
8. move with normal speed reduction you would have entering stealth without FoM
The move speed will only correct itself while remaining stealthed if the player drops below -10% in food, water, or rest causing a recheck on the str vs movespeed bonus/debuff.
