Pit Fiend General - Improved Invisibility Not Triggering

Recently on my warlock I unlocked the pit fiend general summon. According to the wiki documentation, they are supposed to have improved invisibility on cooldown, but I have yet to see it being casted.

The same bug applies to the pit fiend BG summons.
