Knock Spell Empty the Locked Chests!

Post by Petrifictus » Mon Nov 19, 2018 2:59 pm

Played couple times my magic flute with Knock spell to open locked chests and all of them were found empty. Either my ogre has been pranked by clever rogue or the spell eats the loot inside the chests.

The locks and traps reset faster than the loot spawns. So if someone previously cleaned them out you can find a locked chest that is empty because the loot respawn takes longer time.

I've opened quite a few chests with Knock yesterday, and did find loot. So the spell seems to work as intended.

It's most likely this, yeah.

Locks and traps reset as soon as the area is empty of PCs.

The contents take a while to refill.
