So does the Amulet of the Long Death +1 and the Lantanese Ring +1. As these are vanilla plot items from the original OC, they're marked plot to ensure PC's don't sell them, as the items act as markers to tell the game across modules how far along the PC is in the henchmen sidequests.

"Technically" it's not bugged, though I can understand the desire to see the expected result of being able to sell it. A copy would have to be made of it in development to make it custom and unflag it's plot property. So I guess it's more suggestion territory than bug?
