alchemy tables broken

in bendir and the golden halls the tables let you load your materials and then you are stuck no prompt to actually start crafting
tried picking up and resetting both didnt work

Server reset fixes that issue

same issue and includes cordor merch table as well after multiple resets still broken

ok ive found out its something just with my char, any chance to get a dm input on why this may be happening
