Portal Showing Incorrect Player Name

Even if you manually type in another player name, the portal website doesn't show it.

I logged in an alt using another player name, which showed correctly IG, but the portal shows that alt on my normal player name.

The portal website only saves the first login that the character was entered in under. To my knowledge this cannot be changed unless the character is remade and the first login will be the new saved and paired username with it.
