Sencliff? NOPE!

Sencliff? NOPE!
Tried to make a new character and chose Sencliff as my starting point. Instead, it refused to send me anywhere. When I relogged, it had sent me to Skal instead. Bug? Or did Sencliff get removed as a starting point?

I started on the cities and planes server as a half-elf, no subrace
Edit: it might've been the distant shores server, but I think the cities/planes is more likely. When I tried to exit, it tried to portal me to the "correct" server, which wouldn't have happened if I was on the distant shores server, no? Unless that was the server trying to send me to Skal

Sencliff is on the surface server, so it doesn't matter, distant shores OR cities & planes it would attempt to warp you, and fail if it can't (like if surface is down).
