The wiki states it has +14/+9 AB.

Ingame it has +13/+8 and that's with Greater Focus Conjuration. It strikes me as weird, because the Manes has the exact same same AB.

Edit: Looking better at it, it probably has to do with it having some feats for Unarmed and others for Creature weapon.
