Rangers and Dual Wielding
Rangers cannot, for whatever reason, take any of the dual wielding feats (two weapons fighting, ambidexterity, possibly imp two weapons fighting), even if they are not associated with the archer path. Is this a bug or intentional on Arelith? Is it because of an issue with the feat list vs the dual wield feat rangers get? Was it intentionally done to prevent archer-rangers from getting dual wielding again (abiet, at a heavy feat investment)

Not a bug, nor really intentional.
Rangers do not have access to those feats per vanilla. That's a .2da thing. Would require a hak to change.

It seems like it might be a base class restriction, like Monks not being able to take Knockdown/Improved Knockdown before level 6.
