When sailing, I cast the wrong spell on a group of Ghost Pirates and the skeletons associated with that particular spawn. It turns out, even in death, they're vulnerable to fear!
The Pirate Skeletons that are a pure pirate skeleton spawn are treated as normal undead, and are not vulnerable to it.
