- Bounties now expire after 30 RL days.
This does not appear to be working, or at least not working for older contracts. There are several PCs with active Bounties that I am fairly sure either have been deleted, retired, or banned way over 30 days ago.

Yeah, there are definitely people who have been long banned/gone from this server still on the list. Makes it confusing for me especially being a semi-new player because I start trying to ask around IC about these guys and I get told "nah man, git gud, half that list has been gone for RL years"

Those likely were not affected by the change, and will need to be manually cleared from the database.
