Bugged Stream Book?

Everyone's been informing me this is supposed to be a Stream Book for the Abyssal Stream, but as it can be seen, there properties for such are missing / not functioning... And I've literally been trying to hunt this book down for months, only to find it today in the Arulite temple.

It's not. The Abyssal Stream book is named "Blasphemous Revelations and Heretical Ravings", iirc. That book is just a lore book.
