unpassable door in Golrag Mur

I have wondered this question for two years ever since i first went to Golrag Mur and saw the door at the end of the second floor which does not have a key, any indication of where to find a key, and can not be lockpicked. After going there hundreds of times, and speaking to countless PC's throughout the years on this subject I feel as though it could certainly be an oversight or a bug but i must ask if the door at the end of the second floor on Golrag Mur actually has a key or transition to a different area, or if it just there supposed to be a locked door and nothing more.

I've been told it leads to a secret guild/quarter for people that follow a certain deity. That or it's just a quarter with the sign on the inside, and it's never open, idk.

It is a level three that was never finished. The area exists in the module, and some players have seen it before during the Spriggan Questline, but is not connected to the door, nor populated with spawns or a boss.

Maybe someday, but is very likely low priority.
