Possible Broken Transition in Skaljard

I was exploring the zone "Skal (Dun Umra) The Weald (Caverns)" on Skaljard and in the top-center part of the area is an upward incline with a glowy field like it's supposed to transition to somewhere but clicking on it produces no effect.

I think that one is just unused. There are a number of others that I can think of, including one at the top of the Lower River. (I think? Maybe it was Tundra?)
