Not receiving Rogue speed bonus.

I'm a level 20 moon elf rogue with a 16/4 Rogue/Fighter split. If I understand the patch notes correctly, I should be receiving a 10% speed bonus while in stealth. I'm not receiving this bonus.

Are you 100% sure you are not getting the bonus?
10% is hard to notice. Try to stealth alongside another walking character to compare it.

Update: I'm now receiving the correct 20% movement bonus with 18 Rogue levels. I definitely wasn't receiving the 10% with 16.
