Bugged Character after underdark patch

Greetings

I have created a character with a slave background however he has appeared in Skal rather then Underdark. This happened around the time of the Underdark patch which i feel must be the cause.

I would delete the character and remake but i have used a Minor reward on him and i do not wish to lose it.

I have contacted DM but i would imagine they are busy.

I decided to continue as if i have escaped the underdark however i am not unable to get writs from the Mayer as it just closes the window each time i ask about work.

Any suggestions?

If you have attuned to any destination portals in the UD, you could take the boat from Skal to Cordor, buy/beg/steal a portal lens, and use that to return. Finding a DM to port you will likely be easier, though. You might try PMing the Active DMs group here on the forums and asking for someone to hop on while you're in game.

It may be to late to go back to the underdark.

I will try the DM's again as i have started RP that i escaped.

I just cant accept writs.

Unfortunately slaves cannot accept writs on the surface.

Yeah try and get a hold of a DM so they can port you to Andunor. Either in game or try and contact one on the Discord channel.
