Odd message after sending a message

Whenever I send a message by speedy, after typing it in and hitting send I get a message [View details on 'Bug the Bugbears']. I assume that's a writ.

Have you relogged since it started happening? I've found that once that starts, it'll keep going in every dialog until I relog.
