Unable to Select Tiamat as a LE Cleric

I cannot select Tiamat as a deity. My drow cleric is LE.

I think you have to match race, if you're a cleric and the deity has one. So, for Tiamat/Bahamut, you'd need to be a Kobold.

You need to be a kobold, yes, or take the gift that allows it. Not a bug.

Duergar was able to take it. No gift selected. Confirmed.

If you are a divine class, like cleric or BG, then yes you have to be a kobold, or take the gift that let's you ignore deity race restriction.

There are non reptilian followers of Tiamat, so it is a bit lame it's labeled as reptile only, yes.

Sorry about the confusion. The information is included here: http://wiki.arelith.com/Deity and there is a google sheet in that article that says reptilian under Tiamat.

I certainly empathize with you as I haven’t been here that long and was rather overwhelmed as well. After playing somewhere for a while, it’s hard to look back with those new eyes and you end up taking some information for granted. Let us know if you have a better idea on how to display the information!

When you are low level, rerolling is not a big deal. I am over it.

My suggestion so others like me do not have to reroll?

To start, I would update the wiki and make it clear under the individual deity entries. For example, here:

In the section labeled as "Arelith's Worshipper Alignments", I would have it read:

LN, LE, NE - Clerics may only be Kobold.

Sometimes, people like me just need it spelled out for us.

Tiamat and Bahamut are the two where this comes up the most often so I've added it there like you suggested.
