Gnoll bar fight

When you challenge the gnoll to fight and head into the arena, said fight makes EVERY npc hostile.

Makes playing a little difficult.

Stay down in the arena a while longer until the gnoll gets up. Sometimes when I leave the area NPCs are hostile, but you can run back in and it should fix itself.

At least that's what happens for me.
