My spellsword using a negative imbue sourced from an item is still getting the previous un-nerfed damage and healing.
Details:
L13 spellsword using a 3rd tier imbue from an item averages around 10-11ish damage, and has hit as high as 16 more than once.
The original damage of: 2d4(wizlevels)+3d4(imbuetier)=5d4, fits this, and 16 exceeds the maximum possible if the damage was nerfed.

Changes just haven’t gone live yet, at least as of last night.

Right, okay. Thanks XD
Figured they had since it had been a few days already.

idk if the enemies i'm fighting are just randomly immune to it(the things in the cordor sewers) or what but about half the time they fail the save for the negative imbue now absolutely nothing happens. no extra damage, no healing.

It works normally the first failure then the second one they fail and no extra dmg no healing.

Re: Spellsword Negative Imbue Damage, from item
At a guess, this is probably a quirk of how Kirito's scripted things.
He's probably got the code set up to give damage = ((imbue tier + spellsword level/5 rounded down)*d4)/2
Which means that your low level spellsword may be rolling 1d4/2 damage, and the way that the math's being performed there, every time you roll a 1, it's getting divided by 2 and rounding down to zero.
This can -probably- be fixed by simply factoring the 1/2 in properly, and using the damage formula of ((imbue tier + spellsword level/5 rounded down)*d2)

yes, that's probably due to rounding issues with integers
