Several merchants seem to ignore the Appraise skill in Andunor, including:
-Drow Scroll Merchant in the Hub (doesn't take into account Appraise score when batch-selling from a scrollcase)
-Drow Peddler in the Spider's Web
-Goblin Merchant in the City Port
I'm not certain if this is working as intended or not, but it's a little annoying considering that these are the only easily accessible merchants that will buy certain types of goods (throwing weapons, potions, scrolls, etc) in the UD.
