PvP Death Respawn Timer Takes Extra Ticks

Got killed, obviously, and the death timer said 18 hours.

ok, sure. no problem.

But then I noticed a problem in that it was taking extra ticks.

18 hour warning tick.

16 hour warning tick
tick

14 hour warning tick.

tick(extra)
12 hour warning tick
tick
tick(extra)
10 hour warning tick. This is where things began to work as they are meant to.

6hour warning tick

you get the idea.

Now four extra ticks doesn't seem like an issue, but its still nearly a half hour extra time before one can play their character normally again. Please look into the code surrounding this, I can only imagine it gets worse if one gets their PvP counter even higher.
