Trying to turn tails into the ratcacher returns dialogue but no coin payout. Tails remain in inventory

Until we are the next phase there is no point in reporting bugs, a lot won't work until we have the DB hooked up.

Should I bother depositing my gold with Ragnvald the banker if the DB isn't running?
Also as far as this particular bug, I think the ratcatcher NPC woman is taking the pelt/hides instead of rat tails, she gave my gnome like 400 gp for a few stacks of bear and rat hides, we'll see once we have the NWNX running but I imagine it's a conversation issue.

With phase one being a demo, phase two will see to a wipe of the vault (only on EE - current Arelith characters are unaffected) as we bring in the database for the EE server. Then everyone will have the proper Arelith feel of content and such.
