Leadership Change Vote Not Showing Candidates
I dont have a screenshot of the actual vote dialog, but the only option that came up was 1) for Cath. It told me there were 4 candidates, but the other 3 did not come up. I pressed 2, hoping it was a "next page" with no other options shown in the dialog/chat box. As such, my vote was improperly placed...

"Current election bug
"This is the second conversation to grow unstable with 10 scripted options attached to it - for now, please can we try and keep the number of candidates in elections <10." Mithreas
With more candidates, not all of them will show up as an option for voting to all players. Some players would have one option, some players would have only 2 options, and others three options.
It is possible to vote for candidates that aren't displayed by pressing the number that they would appear as if they were listed. So it's purely a display issue - which isn't affecting everyone consistently and which persists across resets.
The developers are searching for a solution to this."

Uncertain if it's affecting less than 10 now given there's only 3 candidates in this election.

As a temp fix, Relog until all names are showing.
Re: Leadership Change Vote Not Showing Candidates
How will the 'bugged' election work if only the candidate showing up due to the 'glitch' wins?
A re-do or are we just stuck with it?

I had the same problem. I logged out and back in and then I could see all the candidates.
Re: Leadership Change Vote Not Showing Candidates
just hit escape and talk to the scribe again. Keep reloading the dialogue until all the names show up. No need to relog

Ok, on another note, I became a citizen on 9/17 at 8:50pm my time, but the scribe tells me I must wait longer until I am eligible to vote. How long is the wait period?

1 in-game year. It’s to prevent people swapping settlements and influencing outcomes with bought votes. Happened a lot in the past.
I’ll look into this list issue tonight.

I was able to become a citizen and vote in the same minute. But I did not belong to any faction before.

The above usually works. Or press a high number like 9 on your keyboard. Even when there are a lot of candidates, 9 will in the worse case be the number that takes you to the next page of candidates. You can navigate normally from there.CragOrion wrote:just hit escape and talk to the scribe again. Keep reloading the dialogue until all the names show up. No need to relog
