New rage power

Rage is now a free action.
It still acts as normal, as a single round action.

Hmm.. i understood it as it's free in the sense that you can use it even when stunned, paralized and whatever.. considering:

Mighty Rage removes crowd control effects and debuff

so that you can use rage to break free of stun ect.
else my logic can't see anything good about Mighty Rage...

It is activating immediately for some NPCs. I have seen them use it without even breaking their attack sequence.

isn't that just the same script that make a NPC mage buff to maximum in 0 seconds if your not up close and personal?

Well it doesnt seem to be activating immediately for a friends PC. It still acts as normal

The animation still runs normally, but you should be able to attack normally immediately after, at least in my experience.

Is it supposed to be able to be used while disabled, knocked down, or otherwise performing an action? Its not currently.

It's definitely not a free action at the moment. Takes half a round for the animation, waits until new round before being able to attack.

I made a new barbarian PC, for me it was an instant activation.

So it seems barbs from before the change and barbs made after is the difference. Old barbs need to be specifically updated.
