Following the AI enhancements, I've seen Nomadic Clerics casting Inflict Wounds on themselves instead of Cure Wounds.
In a way, this is one of the better choices they could make as when they kill themselves it denies the attacker XP, but... it doesn't seem intended.

I've seen Talassians healing one of their own. Fairly impressive. Except, it was the one I captured with my lasso.
Not that I'm not grateful, but I still got a good chuckle out of it.

Oh, yes. I've seen this happen, and I think an enemy cleric in Sibayad tried to heal me.
