The two shops outside the Tower are broken about 90% of the time, resulting in their owner being unable to refresh it. They lose inventory as well. We've already had a shop lost due to this, and it's been going on since they were put there.

This happens with a lot of shops that have an open/close animation, and thus does not happen with the default 'weapon ranks'.
I'll look at fixing this by replacing the model when I'm back (in around 10 days).
