NPC Guard actions

Not sure if a bug or not. Walked into the bank and saw someone shooting at a elite guard with a crossbow and having their rat attack him. Yet the guard simply stood there doing nothing. Shouldn't he of attacked?

Report to DMs in game when you see something like this, but yes, the guard should become hostile to them and retaliate.

I just want to mention i was online when this was reported but could not hop over as i was tied up in something.

But yes if the evil crossbow shooting rat charmer is reading this! The bank guard will have his revenge.
