Druid Grove, the water puddle

Post by Giftstoff » Sun Jun 25, 2017 9:34 am

Just outside the first quarter there is a puddle of water. Stepping anywhere near this puddle will place your character model 50 feet in the air, and they will stay there until they move a good distance away.

This has been here for years, and is long due for a fix, its very annoying.

It's a client-side problem with that frequently used visual override pack. That particular tile has a problem with the walkmesh, and the only way for you to fix it is to find the offending tile in your override folder and delete the file for it so that it defaults back to the NWN vanilla version.

I think the file you want is tdm01_f18_01.mdl. I also had similar problems with tdm01_o13_01.mdl myself (it's a tile used in the entryway into Brog's mines).

Ingenting förutom ett kallt hjärta som dunkar fortfarande.
Ingen rörelse.
Inga drömmar.
Inget ljus.

It's a problem that I specifically worked to fix for myself in the past.
