Slavemaster levelled me (but really didn't)

When I turned in a captive, the slave master in Sibayad rewarded me and I levelled up (I have enough adventure XP that if it were applied immediately, I would have levelled) so it showed me I levelled, but I know I didnt have the XP to actually do so.

Fortunately! I clicked level up and nothing happened... I relogged and all was well.

Ver'itae experienced the exact same thing.

As far as I'm aware, everyone in the surface server suddenly 'leveled up'. Even if they were max level already, on the other hand, nobody was actually able to take said level and relogging did indeed fix it.
