Hi all!
As I have been told, characters that have been created as outcasts cannot use ships on the surface. Yet, my character, who has gained outcast status well after his creation, can still use the surface ships to travel from settlement to settlement! If this was intentional, then this post can be ignored, but I don't think it's supposed to work like this.

I believe you can bypass the restriction with sufficient Bluff.

Well, it'd certainly make sense for Outcasts to need to be disguised to fool Laurick. So now they will! Consider this 'fixed.'
Note that this uses the normal disguise mechanics, so Bluff and Perform are both checked while disguised for him to treat you normally.
