Error -- Surface Server timing out every time I try to enter

Hello there! I just switched over computers recently and starting anew, because I have no idea how to access my characters from the other one. I have made peace with that. However, I mistakenly tried logging into the Surface server before I locked into place my correct NWN passcode and now, after fixing my passcode (CDkey), I can log into Cities and Planes, but Surface consistently times out. Is there something on my end or yours that can be done so I can continue to access this wonderful game?

To access your characters you need two things:

-To have the same CD Keys
-To use the same login name

If you changed CD Keys you can ask the Devs retrieve your old characters. As for the time out.. The server might be resetting or you are having an odd bug, in which both servers are online but you can only connect to one, which happened to me as well and eventually fixes itself.
