The examination of people with multiple aspects is bugged, only one seems to appear as the screenshot shows.
The PC in questions had two when I checked the Deck.

The double "a" is nothing to do with multiple aspects. The system is set up to only show one... showing multiple is a tricky enhancement. At some point we'll probably make it harder for one PC to hold multiple aspect titles at once.
